How long do you sleep...

How much sleep do you get per night?Are you a light sleeper or a deep sleeper? What are you sleep patterns like? Do you feel the effects of not getting enough sleep? Do you find it easy to get to sleep or do you need music or another background sound to help settle you down?

i sleep from like 2-3 in the morning to 12 PM or 1PM.....

i am a very deep sleeper someone could be killing my parents (god forbid) and i wouldent wake up.

i do feel the effects cause i wake up cranky and i curse alot.

I have to have TV in the back or i will NOT go to sleep and it has to be Cable!! lol

2 am to 10 am

I sleep 9 hours, at least. IT depends what day of the week it is, I change my mind.

Um, normally 2-6 hours...
Extremely light, you can be on the other side of the house and roll over in bed, and ill wake up.
I sleep for an hour, and then im awake for a little and i sleep again, etc.
Yes, i feel the effects of not sleeping enough...
Yes, i need cars driving by or the sound of crickets chirping or me to goto bed...

I sleep 8 hours and 10 hours..

8-10 hours is actually reccommended for the amount of time you should sleep at night.

11pm - 6am; 7 hours of sleep

i go to bed really late though...i am always late for school

Strangely, my school starts at 7am. I arrived there usually 6:45am. But I'm like the only one there. lolZ
